"Finding Peace in Commotion"

Are you walking in commotion and confusion? Do you feel like you cannot hear the answers to prayer above the noise surrounding you? If you think this way, know I also have these same questions. I asked God, why is the world louder than you? And He answered me:

"What you see is confusing commotion; I am not a God of confusion.

" For God is not a God of confusion but of peace." (1 Corinthians 14:33)

Be still in my presence.

"Be still, and know that I am God." (Psalm 46:10)

This movement is not from me—People are being tossed around as if there is no control in their lives. They allow this movement in their lives that is not from me.

"You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you because he trusts in you." (Isaiah 26:3)

Be still and hear my voice. Be still and read my word. Be still in my presence.

" And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:7)

There will be movement in your lives in my time. My timing will be perfect, and the movement will not be confusing commotion, but my will.

"He has made everything beautiful in its time." (Ecclesiastes 3:11)

When you see my movement—There will be no questions. When I move—It is powerful, permanent, and definite.

"The LORD of hosts has sworn: 'As I have planned, so shall it be, and as I have purposed, so shall it stand.'" (Isaiah 14:24)

There are no questions of why I move, for I am God, and when I move, there is no doubt.

" So shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it." (Isaiah 55:11)

So, if you are in doubt, wait a little longer. I will move, and when I do, be ready!

"Wait for the LORD; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the LORD!" (Psalm 27:14)

I am the almighty maker of the heavens and the earth, and it will be undeniable when I move in your lives. "The LORD has established his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom rules over all." (Psalm 103:19)

Be firm—be ready for me to move in your lives, and then you will see the victory that belongs to me.

" But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." (1 Corinthians 15:57)

As we navigate the noise and chaos of our daily lives, let us remember to seek God's stillness and peace. When we quiet our hearts and focus on His presence, we will hear His voice clearly. Trust in His perfect timing and be ready for His powerful and undeniable movement in your life.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, seeking Your peace amidst the commotion around us. Help us to be still in Your presence, to hear Your voice, and to trust in Your perfect timing. May we find strength and courage in Your promises, knowing that it is powerful and definite when You move. Prepare our hearts for Your divine intervention and lead us to the victory that belongs to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
